Personas are a great way to summarise field data into an actionable and relatable form. For example, in one of my previous projects, we used the persona above to make decisions on what to build into our final product. We wanted a product that Ann Nduta could relate to, that understood Ann Nduta and that supported the goals Ann Nduta had. Personifying field data gave the team a relatable, actionable and grounded way to make decisions based on field research.
